Greener Tomorrows is a family business founded in 1974. Our company is located in Menahga, situated in the north woods of Minnesota. Our winter wreath sales and landscape build/design began in 1980, with the greenhouse and nursery business in 2001.

We pride ourselves in offering a wide variety of annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs in our greenhouse and nursery. We design and create our own unique planters and hanging baskets that are easy to maintain, even for the novice gardener. We take custom orders, filled with plants of your choice. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees are always willing to go above and beyond to make your plant buying experience fun!

And for the holiday season, let us send you or someone you love, a “Piece of Minnesota” with our handcrafted decorated wreaths. We select the freshest boughs and natural decorations. A handwritten gift card is also included with your order, so please remember to include your gift message in the notes area.

COVID-19 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Garden Centers and Retail Greenhouses have been declared essential by Governor Walz.

Please note that Greener Tomorrows Greenhouse and Nursery will be open from 9 am-6 pm, every day of the week beginning May 1, 2020. We will adhere to the COVID-19 CDC guidelines to the fullest extent possible in our greenhouses. Areas will be marked, signage will be posted, and a limited number of shoppers shall be allowed in the store at one time. Hand sanitizer as well as a hand washing station shall be available for all customers. We will be limiting gatherings of people, maintaining social distancing and following other safety protocols. Pre-order sales and curbside pick-up will be available. We will consider delivery of pre-ordered products within a three (3) mile radius, when personnel is available. Appointments will also be available. It is our intention to follow best practices for both employee and patron’s health and safety.
